By using Express Fresh Carpet Cleaning, you agree to and are subject to the following terms and conditions as detailed below.

General

Express Fresh Carpet Cleaning agrees to perform the work specified by the client in a professional manner using every care to accomplish a satisfactory service. By ordering Express Fresh Carpet Cleaning via telephone, e-mail, or website, the client is agreeing to be bound by Express Fresh Carpet Cleaning Terms and Conditions of Service. It is also important to note, Express Fresh Carpet Cleaning WILL NOT sell any of your information to third parties.

Price Quotes

All phone and online price quotes are only estimates, and pricing may change upon further inspection by the technician. Price will be provided before work is performed. Pricing is subject to change at any time and without notice. All quotes are valid for 7 business days.

Carpet & Rug Cleaning

Express Fresh Carpet Cleaning will attempt to improve the appearance of your carpet that has been stained with foreign substances. You acknowledge that the carpet in its stained condition is of lessened value. You understand that there exist variations in carpet fabric and dye composition and that there are instances where stains may not be able to be removed with regular cleaning.

Express Fresh Carpet Cleaning will not be responsible for failing to remove old/permanent stains or preexisting conditions that cannot be removed using regular carpet cleaning methods. Express Fresh Carpet Cleaning is not responsible for invisible pre-existing damage, including but not limited to open loose seams, invisible cuts on the carpet, delaminated carpet, or chemical reactions to invisible substances on the floor which may discolor or bleach the carpet, etc. You also understand that it is impossible to test for or predetermine the result of cleaning or stain removal treatment.

Express Fresh Carpet Cleaning prices include deep hot water extraction and normal spot removal. Due to the nature of certain stains, Express Fresh Carpet Cleaning does not offer stain removal or guarantee total stain removal. Express Fresh Carpet Cleaning is not responsible for any unforeseen reactions caused by previous treatments.

With full knowledge of the above, you authorize Express Fresh Carpet Cleaning to treat your carpet in an attempt to remove the soiling and spots.

You understand there are variables beyond the control of Express Fresh Carpet Cleaning and understand that Express Fresh Carpet Cleaning disclaims any liability for damage caused to the carpet as a result of any cleaning or pet urine removal treatment. You agree to hold Express Fresh Carpet Cleaning harmless for any damage caused to your carpet as a result of any cleaning, pet urine odor, or stain removal procedure. By ordering the service you authorize Express Fresh Carpet Cleaning technicians to proceed with the prescribed treatment.

Cleaning Continuous Carpet Areas

Our “Per Room” pricing entails cleaning the entire room’s carpeted area. We are unable to perform spot cleaning for several areas within the room. Our carpet cleaning is for “Continuous Areas” only. Should a partial cleaning of a room be required, the square footage of our cleaning begins from the door threshold (nearest to the entrance where we will be bringing in our equipment and hoses) and goes inwards into the room. A straight line, parallel to the door threshold, will be used to determine the limit to the room where we will stop cleaning for the partial room.

Odor

Hot water extraction or dry-cleaning methods might activate pet urine odor or pet skin oils odor and cause a skunk smell until the carpet is dry. There is no guarantee implied or expressed that all odor will be removed, and you agree to hold Express Fresh Carpet Cleaning harmless for any damage caused to your carpet, upholstery, or tile & grout as a result of any cleaning or stain removal procedure.

Coupons and Heavily Soiled Carpets

Our coupon pricing is based on cleaning carpets with a moderate amount of soiling. Carpets that are heavily soiled and require a double cleaning will be charged at our standard (non-coupon) rate.

Urine/Feces/Vomit Odor & Stains

If your carpeting and upholstery is currently damaged due to urine deposits and/or feces and/or vomit, you understand that these deposits can be activated by cleaning, releasing odor and staining material. You acknowledge that the carpet, upholstery, or tile & grout in this condition is of severely lessened value. There is no guarantee implied or expressed that all urine/fecal/vomit odor and or stains will be removed, and you agree to hold Express Fresh Carpet Cleaning harmless for any damage caused to your carpet, upholstery, or tile & grout as a result of any cleaning or stain removal procedure.

Upholstery Cleaning

Backing, lining, and other materials and processes used in the manufacture of upholstered items may produce adverse results in the surface material when cleaned. You understand there is no way of determining when such results will occur and that the fabric may be previously deteriorated due to such factors as fading, shrinkage, dry-rotting, watermarking, browning, or losing tensile strength. Also, understand that manufacturers will occasionally mark items with a black or another colored mark on the backside of the fabric. You understand that this should not be done and it has the potential to bleed through when cleaned. You agree not to hold Express Fresh Carpet Cleaning responsible for any of the conditions described.

Water Damage

All emergency mitigation is a “salvage attempt” and temporary repairs to stop ongoing damage and the Client acknowledges that damage done during mitigation and/or when Express Fresh Carpet Cleaning attempts to restore items that were damaged by fire, wind, water, vandalism or another traumatic occurrence, permanently discolored, faded and/or bleached areas might remain even though Express Fresh Carpet Cleaning covenants to use every diligent effort and means available to remove all spots. The client understands that there is no guarantee that in all circumstances items can be restored to their condition prior to the disaster. In the case of items made of, or covered with fabric, there may be shrinkage, fugitive colors, fabric separation, changes in texture, and other hidden conditions such as loose carpet or tackless strip, improperly laid carpet, broken seams, delimitation or permanent deterioration that cannot reasonably be anticipated prior to restoration or cleaning attempts.

In the event that these items cannot be restored to pre-disaster conditions, the normal recourse is to file an additional damage claim under the appropriate insurance policy provisions. Express Fresh Carpet Cleaning will not be held responsible for such conditions. Any corrections made because of the above conditions are the Client’s responsibility together with any cost involved in correcting these conditions. You agree to hold Express Fresh Carpet Cleaning harmless for any Pre-existing mold growth or water damage caused as a result of the attempt at the emergency water damage.

Carpet Repairs

All carpet repairs are a “salvage attempt” and no guarantee is implied or expressed that the repair will be unnoticeable or invisible. You acknowledge that the carpet in its damaged condition is of lessened value. You also understand that it is impossible to test for or predetermine the result of any carpet repair attempt. With full knowledge of the above, you authorize Express Fresh Carpet Cleaning to treat your carpet in an attempt to repair your damaged carpet.

You understand there are variables beyond the control of Express Fresh Carpet Cleaning and understand that Express Fresh Carpet Cleaning disclaims any liability for damage caused as a result of the attempt at carpet repair. You agree to hold Express Fresh Carpet Cleaning harmless for any damage caused to your carpet as a result of any carpet repair procedure. I authorize Express Fresh Carpet Cleaning technicians to proceed with the prescribed treatment.

Guarantee

Our Company performs the highest quality work and we back it up with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any area cleaned, we will re-clean the area. If you are still not satisfied, we will refund the amount paid for the unsatisfactory area.

All Express Fresh Carpet Cleaning appointments include an unconditional 48-hour warranty against any spot re-appearing. Should any spot re-appear, we’ll gladly return and retreat the area completely free of charge when our office is notified within the first 48 hours following the completion of the job.

Our Guarantee does not include urine spots/stains. The obligation under this warranty shall be limited to refunding only the purchase price of that portion of the service as not satisfactory. Due to the characteristics, age, and severity of some stains in carpet and upholstery fibers, some stains may be permanent. This includes but is not limited to urine yellow stains, fecal stains, dyes, mustard, cosmetics including nail polish, eyeliner, makeup, etc, paints, furniture stain, permanent markers, ink, and chemicals with bleach or bleaching compounds to include acne ointments, toilet bowl cleaners and other products which may alter or discolor carpet and upholstery fibers.
